Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with red trefoil, or clover, in center of flag. Blue border around all three edges. White cotton hoist. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Brg. 1st Div. 2nd Army Corps."
