Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with red equilateral triangle in center of field. Blue border around all three sides. White canvas hoist. Machine stitching. Flat-felled seams on flag panels and triangle. Red, blue, and unbleached cotton threads. The inscription on the hoist reads "3rd Brg. 1st Div. 4th Army Corps."
