Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with white equilateral triangle in center of flag. White cotton canvas heading. Machine stitching; flat-felled seams. Blue, white, brown, and unbleached cotton threads. The inscription on the hoist reads "1st Brg. 2nd Div. 4th Army Corps."
