Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border on the hoist edge. In the center of the flag is a white six-point star. White cotton hoist with no grommets. Flag has flat-felled seams. Inscription on hoist reads "2nd Brg. 2nd Div. 8 Army Corps".
