Wool bunting pennant flag. Blue field with a red border on the hoist edge. In the center of the flag is a white square bastioned fort design (the design is a square with diamonds on each corner). Undyed cotton hoist with an inscription that reads "2nd Brg 2nd Div. 10 Army Corps."
