Wool bunting pennant flag. White field with a blue border around all three edges. Red crescent in the center of the flag. Machine-stitched white cotton hoist with no grommets. Flag panel seams are machine-stitched. Inscription on hoist reads "3rd Brg. 1st Div. 11 Army Corps".
