About this work

Wool bunting pennant flag. Dark green field with a white border at the hoist edge. In the center of the flag is an eagle in flight, facing the hoist, with two olive branches and three arrows in its claws. The eagle is stenciled in white paint. White hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "Separate Brg Dept. of. West Va."
