Wool bunting rectangular flag. Blue field with a white cotton bastioned-fort design in the center of the flag (the design looks like a square with diamond shapes on each corner). Reinforced corners at the heading. White cotton hoist with a metal grommet at each end. Machine-stitched flat-felled seams. Hand-stitched reinforcement of bastioned-fort design (running stitch). Inscription on hoist reads "10TH ARMY / CORPS 2ND DIVISION".
