This drug jar is marked <i>CORNU CERVI TORNAT.</i> <i>The Dictionary of Photopharmacology</i> by J. Worth Estes lists CORNU CERVI as a calcium phosphate derived from stag horns. It was used for a variety of ailments including as a sedative, antispasmodic and antacid.
