About this work

Albarello-shaped drug jar with a straight neck. The white and cobalt blue tin-glazed container is decorated a basket of fruit is flanked by two peacocks, scrolls, vines, tassels and the face of an angel creating a cartouche. The interior of the cartouche is marked, "CARTOCOSTI:"
