Jacquard woven ribbon with floral design of polychrome flower bouquet with green leaves inside blue vase on black ground; stylized leaves and vines in brown and yellow curl around vase; gold band along edge with brown edging. Fabricated in St. Etienne, France between 1850-1900. From the Merci Train or Graditude Train from France.
