About this work
Incense burner (koro) of porcelain in the shape of a bronze pot with a four-lobed wall separated by four ribs, painted in underglaze blue. On each wall a modeled ring. The foot is hexagonal; the rim is six-lobed, as is the metal lid. The lid has pierced flower vines. Blue-and-white.
