About this work

The sumo wrestler Ikezuki Geitazaemon, with an exposed upper body, depicted next to a life-size representation of his hand. The text states that he came from Hirado, in Hizen, was over two meters tall and weighed about 140 kilos. Purple bokashi along the top of the print.
