About this work
Porcelain plate with a molded rim, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, black, and gold. On the field, a family coat of arms surrounded by scrollwork and floral scrolls, with a plumed helmet at the top. The coat of arms is divided into four quarters: two with a lion, one with a diagonal red stripe, and one with a soldier next to a tower; on the wall, a decorative band; the rim, a continuous leafy scroll with garlands. A crack in the wall; several chips in the rim. Coat of arms porcelain with enamel colors.
