About this work

Porcelain plate, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, black and gold. On the field the coat of arms of the Stocker or Tatham family consisting of three blue triangles and three filled with a bird; the coat of arms is surrounded by leafy scrolls with an arm holding an arrow at the top. On the wall a decorative band; the rim with floral and fruit scrolls against a gold ground. Some chips in the rim. Coat of arms porcelain with enamel colors.
