Plate with an image of The Parasol Lady

Porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in red and gold. On the plate a woman by a pond with reed gesturing towards three birds before her on the land, next to the woman a servant holding a richly decorated parasol over her head; on the wall flower branches alternating with a medallion; the rim with a honeycomb pattern with here four cartouches with a woman and four decorated medallions with birds; the back with eight insects. The scene is after a design by Cornelis Pronk (1691-1754). The wall has been broken. European scene in enamel colors.
