About this work
Teapot of red stoneware on a high, openwork foot and the curved spout, C-shaped handle and lid knob in the form of knotty branches. The wall is covered with grapevines and three squirrels in relief: one above the spout and two by the handle. The lid with leafy scrolls. The spout is provided with a silver mount. Yixing.
