About this work
Bottle-shaped vase of porcelain with a pear-shaped body, a ring-shaped thickening in the neck and above that tapering neck, painted in underglaze blue. On the belly twice a flowering lotus plant and twice a flowering peony plant. Below a band with ruyi motifs. On the neck a flowering prunus and chrysanthemum. On the shoulder a band with floral scrolls. The thickening has four flowering branches and the neck above a band with stylized flowers and one with ruyi motifs. Blue and white.
