About this work

Porcelain plate with modeled medallions in the wall and scalloped rim, painted in underglaze blue. On the flat surface a star-shaped medallion with a rider with a weapon in a landscape; in the wall modeled medallions with flower branches; the rim with a decorative pattern alternating with figures in a landscape in a cartouche; the back with alternating fruit branches, willow and landscapes in the modeled medallions; the rim with alternating fruit branches and flower branches in compartments. Blue and white.
