About this work

Box with lid in black lacquer and decorations in gold lacquer. The box has the shape of two overlapping rhombuses and stands on a wide foot. The lid falls over the box and covers the sides completely. A leaf fits on the upper edge of the box. The top of the lid is painted with water landscapes, the leaf and the side of the lid with flower branches. The walls of the box and the inside of the box and lid in nashiji.
