About this work
Deep porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze green, yellow and aubergine. On the center of the plate a rooster next to bamboo and a flowering plant; the wall on the interior and exterior covered with an 'egg and spinach' pattern. Marked on the underside with a mushroom (lingzhi). Famille verte.
