About this work
Hexagonal cup of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. On the outer wall a flying crane against a ground of 'crackled-ice' in a lobed cartouche; around the cartouche lotus scrolls; the outer rim with a decorative band; the inner rim with hatching. Marked on the underside with the seal mark 'Fú' in a double circle. Blue and white.
