About this work

Tureen with lid and on a saucer of porcelain with two braided handles, painted on the glaze in blue, red, pink, green, yellow, black and gold. On the flat of the saucer a group of sitting and standing women on an enclosed terrace in front of a pavilion by the water; on the wall flowering plants, bird, butterflies and bats. The tureen with two different representations of a group of women and a sitting man; the lid with a sitting woman in a garden, two standing persons with a fan and two women looking out from the window of the pavilion; lid knob in the form of a shishi (lion dog). Famille rose.
