About this work

Plate with round wall of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue and overglaze blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine, black and gold. The front and back of the plate are covered with powder blue with five carved cartouches; on the flat a rock with peony branches; on the wall a plum branch, a river landscape, a flower branch and antiquities and treasures (vase, artemisia leaf), with a flower in gold on the blue in between; the back with worn flower branches in gold. Marked on the underside with a rhombus in a double circle. Two chips in the rim. Powder blue with famille verte.
