About this work

Porcelain plate, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in red, green, yellow, aubergine and black. On the flat surface antiquities (tripod, censer, vase with coral or peacock feathers, book, scroll painting) and treasures (artemisia leaf); the rim with napkin work with loose flowers; on the reverse two rows of treasures, one row with the musical stone, one row with the pearl. Marked on the underside with the six-character mark of Emperor Chenghua in a double circle. A chip in the rim. Famille verte.
