About this work
Bell-shaped cup of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue. On the outer wall a continuous band with stylized lotus plants with alternately a flower and a bird on a leaf. The interior with a continuous landscape with pavilions, figures and a pine tree near a rock. Marked on the underside with two unidentified Chinese characters in a circle. Blue-and-white.
