Plate with foliate scroll decoration and flowering plants

Plate with a broad, lobed rim of porcelain, painted in underglaze blue and on the glaze in blue, red, green, yellow, aubergine, black and gold. On the flat a blank cartouche decorated with leaf scrolls; the wall with a geometric motif against a green speckled ground; the rim with a panel decoration filled with flowering plants, birds and insects; the back with three flower branches. Marked on the underside with an incense burner in a double circle. Plate has been broken. Famille Verte.
