The fleeing King James II arrives at Rouen in France where he is received by Catholic clergy, July 1690. Plate no. 9 in the series 'The English Theatre' on the war between William III and James II in the years 1690-1691 after the Glorious Revolution, (third part). With inscriptions in Dutch and French.
