About this work

Landscape with a river. Jacob and the men of the nearby place Haran remove the stone from the water well for Rachel, the daughter of Laban, so that she can let her father's flock drink. To the left, Rachel approaches with the flock (Gen. 29:10). With a Latin motto above the image and a four-line Latin inscription below the print. The print is part of an album.
