About this work
Jerusalem is surrounded by troops. Christ prophesied that at this sight the destruction of the city is near (Luke 21). In the lower left, a man lays wood on a fire and a woman stirs a pot. In the lower right, two men squatting to defecate. With a motto in Latin above the scene and a four-line inscription in Latin below the print. The print is part of an album.
