Stage with the forge of Vulcan on Mount Etna. On the left Pallas, on the right Venus with Cupido. Scaffold possibly provided by the Brussels rhetoricians' chamber De Corenbloem. Solemn entry of Archduke Ernest as Governor of the Netherlands held in Brussels on 30 January 1594.
