Session of the Council of Troubles, nicknamed the Blood Council, presided over by the Duke of Alba seated on a throne with the rod of justice in his hand, 1567. Tapestries hang on the walls of the interior. With a four-line Latin subtitle. Numbered: 44. Printed on the reverse with Latin text.
