Two female busts. The description of the accompanying text reads: the woman on the right wears an apple-green 'Pierrot' and on her head a black hat 'à la Maltoise', edged with a ribbon "au diadème". On the crown of the hat a tuft of pink crêpe forming several bows, two of which hang down to the shoulders. Decorated with an aigrette of black rooster feathers and a white plume. Over the collar of the gown a fichu of gaze, with a tuft of roses in the center front. Hairstyle 'à la Conseillère'. Long earrings 'à la plaquette'. The woman on the left is dressed in a pink 'Pierrot' and wears on her head a "Baigneuse" of white gaze with a large veil. At the front of the hat a bow of a ribbon 'au diadème', the two ends of which fall to the shoulders. Over the collar of the gown a large neckerchief or 'Mouchoir' of gaze. Long earrings 'à la plaquette'. Hairstyle with a flat chignon at the back of the head and a long curl falling on the chest.
