Parisian lady in grande parure. On her head a 'Toque à la Turque' (half hat, half cap) of white taffeta, underneath a pouf. Hanging veil at the back. Around her neck a 'fichu à festons'. The skirt is called 'robe à festons' and according to the text is the very latest in Paris. Sash 'en bandoulière'. Closed fan in hand.
