About this work

The practice of the fine arts in the monastery of Harlinde and Renilde between Aldeneik and Maaseik in Limburg, ca. 710. Two nuns working in a monastery sitting at embroidery or another textile, a third stands next to them with a sheet of paper. Octagonal representation. Part of the group of steel engravings after the paintings of the Historical Gallery of the Society Arti et Amicitiae.
