Pink straw hat with a small brim, ribbons over the crown, and a tuft of flowers at the front. The text of "Modes" on p. 16 states that these small straw hats (capotes) with ribbons were very fashionable in 1805. The print is part of the fashion magazine Journal des Dames et des Modes, published by Pierre de la Mésangère, Paris, 1797-1839.
