A soldier, full-length, facing right, holding a musket (a specific type of firearm) with both hands near his left thigh (no. 22), ca. 1600. Plate 22 in the instructions for handling the musket: Corte onderrechtinghe op de figuerliicke afbeeldinghe, soo veel aengaet het recht ghebruyck vant Musquet.
