Plan and view of the battle at Ramillies between the Allies under the Duke of Marlborough and Hendrik van Nassau, Lord of Ouwerkerk, and the French and Bavarians, 23 May 1706. On the right a cartouche decorated with allegorical figures and the portraits of Marlborough and Ouwerkerk. Numbered in the lower right: Tom. II. No. 24. Illustration in the second part of: [Jean] du Mont, Military description of the battles and sieges of the three ... famous generals... Prince Eugene of Savoy, the ... Duke of Marlborough, and the Prince of Orange and Nassau-Vriesland, in the edition of 1729. This second part is mainly devoted to the deeds of the Duke of Marlborough and Prince John William Friso.
