City square with a large triumphal arch erected for the death and burial of the emaciated speculators. In the center, a grave is filled with worthless shares; from the left, a funeral procession approaches. In the panels of the arch, scenes of the speculator's illness, John Law, the Utrecht canal, etc. In the front left, a man with a peepshow featuring the Mississippi and the South. Eight-column caption in Dutch and French, ending with the epitaph of: Mr. the Bubble Man. Print in the bound fourth edition (304 B 12) of Het Groote Tafereel der Dwaasheid with satirical prints on the Windhandel or Actiehandel of 1720.
