About this work
The Share Ship of Madame Company and Monsieur Bubbles gets into heavy weather. Emblem with a small boat at sea, in a frame with fish, sea creatures, and two interlocking hands with a heart as a sign of marital fidelity. In the caption, a four-line verse. Traces of the polished-out number 32 in the upper left. Printed on the sheet around and below the plate are five verses. Print in the bound first edition (304 B 11) of Het Groote Tafereel der Dwaasheid with satirical prints on the Wind Trade or Share Trading of 1720.
