A Little Man as the Dutch Doctor Rocus Tabacius, director of a tobacco company in Virginia and Brazil, standing smoking a pipe in his dressing gown. Verses in Dutch and French in the caption. Print within a decorative border printed from a separate plate with leaves, monsters, and at the top three fighting birds. Numbered right center: 27. Part of the Dutch bound edition of 1716 of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel, copied from an older German model.
