The Little Person Baldus Pofpaf as a parliamentarian, holding his hat in his hand. Verses in German, French, and Dutch in the caption. Print within a decorative frame printed from a separate plate with foliage and fantasy animals, at the top three fighting birds. Numbered right center: 6. Part of the Dutch bound edition from 1716 of a series of caricatures of little people, known as The Dwarf Theatre, copied from an older German model.
