The little man Mopsus Poesegroes as a fortune-teller with a coin in his hand. In the caption, verses in German, French, and Dutch. Numbered in the center right: 9. Part of the second Dutch bound edition from 1720 (and related to the Windhandel of that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel.
