A Little Man as the Dutch Doctor Rocus Tabacius, director of a tobacco company in Virginia and Brazil, standing smoking a pipe in his dressing gown. Verses in Dutch and French in the caption. Numbered right center: 27. Part of Part II in the second Dutch bound edition of 1720 (and related to the Windhandel of that year) of a series of caricatures of little people, known as Het Dwergentooneel.
