Cartoon mocking the people's rejection of the Plan of Constitution on 8 August 1797. On a wall, the Plan is posted and being read and judged by the common people and the bourgeoisie. To the left, a peep show with a flap of paper that can be lifted, underneath which is written: 189th Plan of Constitution, Anno 1961. With a two-line caption.
