About this work
Sundial in the form of a half-sphere, engraved on the outside with a rosette of leaves and a border of leafy vines. The circular plate, which closes the half-sphere, has two borders with engraved numbers and in the center the inscription: EQVA:HORAR:LVN E IN HORAR:EQVALIUM. SOLIS. In the rotatable part of the plate are two openings through which the date and the position of the moon are indicated. In the half-sphere, a movable needle and engraved numbers and the signs of the zodiac, including Septentrio, Oriens, Meridies, Occidens.
