About this work
Rectangular lying hearth plate on four ball feet and a handle on each side. On a long side stands an upright hearth plate with a rounded top. The screen is decorated with a chased vase with flowers. Three putti stand on the screen. On a short side stands a rectangular, unadorned fireplace screen. Each part is marked: stk.= Haarlem, mt.= Voet 88. In the upright hearth plate is additionally a dolphin, in the lying plate an axe and an unreadable mark, and in the fireplace screen an unreadable mark.
