About this work

Fire hook consisting of two slats, one of which is toothed, with a lifting eye and a hook. A crossbar can hang on one of the teeth, so that the total length of the fire hook can be changed. The toothed slat (support bracket) is engraved with leafy vines. The fire hook is marked: maker's mark = Boele Rijnhout, a written letter N and a hatchet.
