About this work
Jug of blue and yellow painted faience in the shape of a monkey. The monkey wears a cap, which serves as the lid. The monkey's tail is the handle and its yellow beak is the spout. An inscription on the monkey's belly reads: "Kees den Aap...". The jug is marked.
