About this work

Women's shoe of ivory-white satin. Model: Rounded toe, one vamp and one back. The front of the heel runs straight down from the waist in a rounded corner. The sides and back of the heel are shaped and covered with ivory-white satin. The heel has a dark brown leather edge of the back flap. Leather back flap nailed to the heel with seven nails and a leather sole. Back lined with ivory-white leather, vamp lined with ivory-white linen. The insole is of ivory-white leather. Decoration: The cutout on the front of the shoe is decorated with a bow of ivory-white plastic beads and above that a bow of ivory-white satin. Shaft edge bound with ivory-white taffeta ribbon. No left/right distinction, but distinguishable through wear.
